Our in-house travel service center can be reached 365 days a year, more than 90 hours a week, until 11 pm daily. The service center is exclusively staffed by educated professionals and trainees. They are well at home with all reservation systems currently in use. Our partners especially appreciate customer service over the phone, which generates a high closure rate with hotline requests.
Our own booking technology for travel portals
We work together with all relevant providers of booking technology. We’ve specially developed our own booking processes with “traveltainment” and “travel IT,” based on XML data interfaces. This gives us the highest level of flexibility in all our partnership programs. Of course, you can still work with your own booking technology and use it to participate in our partnership program.
The full array of operators and travel offers
As a large online travel bureau, it’s possible for us to close agency agreements with all tour operators and vendors whose offers are bookable online. This gives our partners the ability to present the full array of operators and travel offers on their websites. This can be done with your own booking technology or with travianet’s.
Latest technology for processing bookings, developed in-house
In order to be able to provide optimum support for our partners’ various business models, we put our reliance on our own comprehensive Tourist Information System (TIS) years ago. What was initially designed just as a mid-office system, developed over the years into an efficient all-round system. Today, we don’t just control our entire booking processing system and fully-automated partner settlement system through our TIS; we also use it to address all phone system interfaces, as well as reservation and operator system – and much more. Our TIS is continually being refined and supplemented with new features.
Support in all areas
Our partner support is available to assist you with all questions about your partnership, setting up your travel portal with our booking technology, or connecting your booking technology to our system – with help and advice. For technical problems with your travel portal, our in-house web development will provide you with fast and reliable assistance. An entire travel portal with attractive terms can even be developed there for you, if needed.
